Two new CEN workshops announced

Two new CEN workshops announced

Two new CEN Workshops are being planned which will complement the activities of the EU Research project ETERNAL. These activities will seek to establish standardized methods for 'determining the encapsulation efficiency of RNA and DNA in LNPs using fluorometry' and 'early-stage sustainability assessment for chemical and biochemical manufacturing processes' respectively.

This report has been produced in the context of ETERNAL-WP6, Task 6.6 – Standardisation activities. The standardisation activities of T6.6 are foreseen to be a facilitator of the acceptance and utilisation by the market of the ETERNAL solutions, as well as a tool to improve the development and the exploitation strategy of the project.

Report on the standardisation landscape and applicable standards

Using standards as a knowledge source in the earliest possible stages of research and innovation avoids duplication of work and provides the basis for future marketable products. This deliverable identifies and describes the standardisation technical committees (TCs) at European and International level related to the ETERNAL project as well as the published standards (existing and under development) that could be relevant and useful for all the project activities.
