6th International Conference on Risk Assessment of Pharmaceuticals in the Environment (ICRAPHE) – October 20-21, 2025

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming 6th International Conference on Risk Assessment of Pharmaceuticals in the Environment (ICRAPHE), which will take place on October 20-21, 2025, at the Rectory Building of the University of Aveiro, Portugal.

This event brings together researchers of different nationalities and recognized experts in different areas covering a wide range of topics related to pharmaceuticals in the environment, including:

• Novel detection and quantification strategies;

• Remediation methodologies (including but not restricted to adsorption, advanced oxidation processes, bioremediation, etc.);

• Ecological and Health Effects, Hazards and Risks;

• Environmental fate and interaction with other pollutants, namely microplastics.

6th ICRAPHE will provide an excellent opportunity for sharing ideas and establishing new collaborations. This conference aims to capture outstanding examples of active research in this field and to draw attention to future research needs.
